My Sister's Favorite Villains

So, my sister knows I'm a huge villain nut, so it was only natural that I would end up pestering her about it. Her initial reluctance soon broke away, and she gave me twenty of her all around favorite baddies. Remember, not only is this her opinion, but one she doesn't really care for too strongly. So, if you don't like a villain on the list, that's fine. Just, you know, don't be a jerk about it. And if anyone actually wants to know exactly why she likes these villains, comment away. The answers won't be very exciting, unfortunately.

Notes: 

She also likes the 1951 and the Once Upon a Time In Neverland versions of the Queen of Hearts as well. 

Both I and she are aware Snape is more the anti-hero of the story, but you know. He did that one thing. You know. The thing. 

Same goes for Catwoman. However, I disagree with her on the Cheshire Cat, though her only response is "He's such a dick though!"
